We were shopping for either an Impreza or Crosstrek for the past two months, taking our time to s We just had a very good buying experience with Eric. We were shopping for either an Impreza or Crosstrek for the past two months, taking our time to shop around and make sure we were confident in our selection. We visited three different Subaru dealerships in our search, mainly to see the max that we could get for our trade in and because inventory was low everywhere for what we were looking for. We were not impressed with the Auburn or Puyallup dealerships. The Auburn sales people seemed like they didn't even want our business. They were rude and short with us, and the Puyallup sales person was similar in that they never went out of their way to help us find exactly what we wanted. Eric was very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions. We set up an appointment the same day and they had the Crosstrek ready and waiting for us to test drive. We loved the car and decided to buy it. It was a very smooth process, never any pressure and everyone we encountered was friendly. Even their finance staff person was super nice and fast. ECM recall service I scheduled ECM recall service and with no-notice asked them to also check my EYESIGHT system and investigate moisture in my left tail lamp. Even tho I scheduled ECM recall service and with no-notice asked them to also check my EYESIGHT system and investigate moisture in my left tail lamp. Even though they noted no anomalies in either and the symptoms remain in both, at least they checked. Which was nice. More
