Upon speaking with Vivanh over the phone, we were informed that the Sequoia was available in the showroom, and arrangements would be made for us to test drive it. During the test drive of the Grand Highlander, everything proceeded smoothly. However, when it came to the Sequoia, Tony exhibited a less-than-professional demeanor and refused to facilitate the test drive. His repeated questioning of our interest, despite our clear request for a test drive, left us perplexed. Furthermore, Tony made unsolicited remarks about our financial capacity, insinuating that the Sequoia might be beyond our budget. Such comments are not only unprofessional but also inappropriate in a customer service context. Effective sales tactics involve understanding and respecting the customer's preferences and needs. Long story short got a Rav4hybrid we had a nail in our tire a few months ago they took care of it. We have another nail in a different tire unfortunately so my wife scheduled an appointment for today a few days ago cuz we have a baby. She took the car in today and the service advisor said “they dont patch tires” what you mean my guy. To make it worse been trying to get ahold of someone from serviece for about 45 mins to get an answer on what happened and just getting the run around. Like I said Magic Toyota was the xxxx. Unfortunately the service department left me and my 5 year old granddaughter sitting for over an hour before letting is know we forgot to leave the keys.
