The only reason I gave the DEALERSHIP (NOT Justin) 4 stars is because I had a prepaid service contract (Deal #64546/ STK 401265SL) for which I paid $999.00 when I bought the car on Oct 23rd, 2021. It was for 3 years but for some reason that made NO sense, it wasn't honored, as I was told the time had expired even though it was dated and signed by Peter Yaghma on the date of purchase. Something about that seemed quite dubious. My written contract was shown to the manager and I was given a pretty vague and puzzling reason why it was not honored. This kind of left a "bad taste in my mouth" because I way overpaid for this "contract" and it will be HIGHLY unlikely that I would ever purchase one of those again. HOWEVER, that is a management issue. The service reps and Dept is very good and efficient. Just want to make that clear. More
