Our car was totaled as far as repair was concerned but still driveable. Lori and her crew went over the car to be sure it was safe. She gave us support and guidance in deciding how to go with salvage or o still driveable. Lori and her crew went over the car to be sure it was safe. Gary does a great job and truly cares about customer service. The dealership in Anchorage is another matter; I’ve purchased several vehicles from there over the years and without fail they detailed the service. The dealership in Anchorage is another matter; I’ve purchased several vehicles from there over the years and without fail they detailed the vehicle and filled it up (new or used); not this time and was told used vehicles only received 1/4 of a tank (which was what it had). They also did not disclose to me the tailgate button was inoperable and the Onstar system was inoperable; when I went back I confronted the salesman Bill if they knew any of this but all he did was give me excuses that it was someone else’s fault. Guess with a change in ownership customer service is now non-existent in the Anchorage dealership. I was also promised two oil changes after my first review went to Chevy but this too did not happen. Good thing Gary does believe in service after the sale and is taking care of business as it should be. More
