I also asked that my tires get placed, wrapped back in my tarp provid Im disappointed that my one and a half hour appointment turned into 3.5 hours. I also asked that my tires get placed, wrapped back in my tarp provided in my vehicle due to damage incurred last time the tires were loaded by them, that was not done and again I received interior damage to my very expensive vehicle. And the tires were not placed with common sense or care , I had to stop several times on my drive home to try to spin the tires around and maneuver them to stop rolling into my back window. A little common sense and customer care goes a long way. With that I’m very disappointed. I just wish they would have let me know my appointment was going to be so long, I would have made plans to be picked up. More
