He took the time to walk through everything with me and never made the process feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. As a seasoned buyer who typically knows exactly what I’m looking for, I was also very impressed with Jack Price, the Sales Manager. He did an excellent job listening, understanding the details that mattered to me, and working through the final pieces in a straightforward and professional way. He was flexible with my schedule and helped make sure everything came together smoothly. That combination—great communication, strong product knowledge, and a willingness to listen—made this a very positive experience.
