With what seems to be, new people working in the Service Department, customer service should greatly improve. The lady working the desk in service was very attentive to my service being done. She was on top of things. If I would have been asked to do a review a year ago, there would have been nothing positive I could have said. Trying to set up appointments for a recall on my vehicle, went ignored and after trying to set something up for a couple years over the recall, I gave up trying. I ended up calling the Anchorage dealership and it was shortly after, the Palmer Dealership reached out to me. I am not sure if Anchorage got involved, but I am thinking they did or I do not see Palmer reaching out to customers on their own. With the dealership under new ownership, I see positive changes and am thankful for it. The recall part on my vehicle, I purchased brand new, has now been replaced. More
