Nathan provided excellent customer service by clearly communicating personnel issue that day I brought my vehicle in and so I expected delays. Based on everything that I have experienced over the last month dealing with them, I would not recommend the service department or dealership to anyone. This is a hard review, Swickards service department would have to improve to be labeled as horrible. My truck has thrown 3 engine lights in the first 500 miles since new bought in 2024. The experience has be have to improve to be labeled as horrible. My truck has thrown 3 engine lights in the first 500 miles since new bought in 2024. The experience has been horrendous. Now, with that being said Sabrina was very helpful and does what she can, some of her co-workers are horrible, the guy behind the counter trying to play a tough guy role asked me why I was there and as I start to explain I'm there to get an 02 sensor replaced interrupts and rudely states "HAS IT BEEN DIAGNOSED!?" Then I have to go into the hour long story about how I got there that day. They scheduled me and this guy doesn't let you get a word in edgewise to say anything? They have my truck, no loaner offered, no ride offered, pretty crappy after spending 70k on a truck. Then I am going by the dealership and see my truck outside. I call and ask if it is done and I am told yes. Sabrina calls me 5 minutes later and says that guy is new, doesn't know the process and my truck is not ready for pick up. An hour later my truck is ready and I go to pick it up. If you have ever seen that Seinfeld episode where he gets in his car and it smells? That was my truck, I am not sure what Smoking, Smelly, Greasebag got in my truck but whoever it was left a stank that took days to get out. I had to drive in winter with my windows open just to make it home. Pretty bad since I saw them put bags over my seats, but hey, I got a free Lighter that the smoker left behind in my truck. I feel bad for Sabrina who kindly asked me to leave her a good review. I wish I could as she did everything she could in that sea of incompetence. So, Three trips to service department, each time scheduled for another appointment, wait a month for an 02 sensor to be ordered and show up and then scheduled for service. I would say you could formulate your own opinion about how their service department rates. Sabrina-5 stars, that service department and the people she works with? No stars. I hate Ford and Dodge but maybe look there before taking your truck here. More
