Service was excellent, but it took over three months to finally schedule my truck to get the recalls on my vehicle taken care of after several failed attempts of calling to set an appointment. Worst service department I have ever dealt with! Dropped off the truck the last of September, 3 1/2 MONTHS later I had the dealership just put it back together for me to come get it. When I dropped it off there were no check engine lights on and the truck just had a slight rough idle. When I finally got my truck back nothing was fixed, the check engine lights was on and there is a gas leak somewhere that fill the cab full of fumes while driving. Certainly a far worse truck coming out of the shop than it was going in the shop. Absolutely horrible communication from the dealership through the entire process of incompetent mechanic work. Finally, I’m disappointed for sure, I have a truck in worse shape and Swickard has close to $5000.00 for screwing up my truck worse than it was!!!!! Ken Arney 918-913-1827 More
I had an appointment with Michael to look at and put money down on a chevy blazer today at 4. Half way there i get a text saying someone is looking at buying the blazer I had an APPOINTMENT for. About 20 min later Michael calls and tells me they sold it, but offered me one for twice the price. Don't bother making an appointment with these people, you can't trust what they say and they don't keep their word. Michael even had the audacity to tell me he pulled the car up for me for when I arrived and that the people who bought it were there for a different vehicle. Not only is this terrible customer service, but it makes them look like a bunch of slimy salesmen. I would be more than happy to upload the message from Michael confirming our appointment More
None of my interactions with the Dealership has been any good. Since after I bought the 2022 GMC Acadia and needed services (Mainly for the same Issue) 2023, and then as of recently (Oct-Nov) 2024 nothing h good. Since after I bought the 2022 GMC Acadia and needed services (Mainly for the same Issue) 2023, and then as of recently (Oct-Nov) 2024 nothing has changed. In 2023 the Acadia was at the Dealer for about FOUR Months after several visits ended up with the Acadia being at the Dealer for Three Straight Months to fix an issue that was Dismissed several times before. Last Month (Oct. 2024) the Engine Check Light came on. The GMC App stated that the Emission System needed attention. I set up an appointment via the app, but it was for TWO Weeks later. I managed to have the Acadia into the Dealer sooner, but to be Dismissed after the Code was Erased because in the system showed as Inactive. Was informed to bring it back if Check Engine Light came back on, which it did a few days after. I have the appointment scheduled on the app for Nov. 7. I took the Acadia to the appointment to be informed that my appointment wasn’t in the system. I showed the service Rep. the APP with the Appointment and the day I had it scheduled. The Rep. informed me that the APP isn’t Reliable, that best is a call. Anyway, in order to address the Emission issue I was informed the Service Dept was not be able to diagnose the Problem for TWO Weeks… Huge Backlog. I asked if I can then bring it back in Two Weeks, but was told that will have to wait TWO additional weeks before the Acadia will have someone attending to it…. Huge Backlog. So, I leave it (Nov 7). Called Monday (Nov 18th), the Rep that answered the phone told me the Rep that have my case was busy, but will call me back. Didn’t get a call back, but a day after did to informed me the Acadia was ready. 👻🤨🤔 Anyway, I crossed my fingers and Hope that this Vehicle doesn’t need any other warranty services, but, my Concern is that after the Warranty is over, All kinds of Problems continue to come up. This has been the worse experiences I ever had with any of the vehicles I had. More
