I told her that I was not wanting a Suzuki at all and they had no prices listed I was not wasting time away from work to come in and not even know what price points their cars where at. Yesterday Dwayne emailes me let me just copy and paste his response Hi David, I'm emailing regarding your recent inquiry on dealerlinkonline.com. According to the information provided on the application you have been pre-approved. Thanks, Dewayne Crouch My response Dewayne, As I had sent in my email to Caine, I appreciate the reach out but I am not looking for a Suzuki. I had told her that I am not a fan that you have 0 prices on any of your vehicles online which I am not a fan of dealerships who do that. I like to know prices before I even leave my desk. I do all of my shopping and everything of sorts online, do to the fact I have a crazy and busy work schedule. I don't like walking on a lot not knowing prices before I get there. His response was "no prob David" First of all its called problem David and he is using a Gmail email adress not a company email! Really how unprofessional of him then today I receive a call from someone and I started to explain same as I have told 2 other people there and he just HUNG UP ON ME! Talk about un professional! I would not recommend them to anyone! Ill take my business to another dealership before I would even visit them in person. More
I have bad credit and no downpayment was contacted and told they could help me when I got there they kept me waiting a long time and then told me they would have more cars coming in the next day to give m told they could help me when I got there they kept me waiting a long time and then told me they would have more cars coming in the next day to give me more options and then asked me to call them the next day , after I called the salesman told me he would get with the finance person and get my options for me and call me back 3 hours passed so I called back and was told he was with customers and he would call me back which he didnt I called to complain and was told a manager would call me back which did not happen. Do not buy a car from here there customer service sucks! More
I have had credit problems for a while. I have driven cars that I really didn't want to, but because of my credit score, I had no other choice. I recently had a car from Drivetime that I know I paid too cars that I really didn't want to, but because of my credit score, I had no other choice. I recently had a car from Drivetime that I know I paid too much for, but it was better than the one I was driving before. But, there again, I had problem after problem with it. Then one Sunday after church my friend showed me an SUV she had purchased from Suzuki of Nashville. Wow, it was nice and very clean. I ask if she would give her salesman my name. Even though she had a "crook" at first she ended up working with Howard and that's who called me. I was being very up front with him concerning my credit, but he stopped me quickly. He asked when I could come down and I told him and did. No, the appearance of the building isn't that great, but once inside everyone I came in contact with was very nice. Howard shared some things with me I didn't know which were very helpful. But, most of all, he loves The Lord...that's enough for me! He took me out on the lot and at first showed me a Ford Edge, but I didn't want it because I had seen so many of them around the town where I live. Then, he showed me a 2011...... and that's all I'm gonna tell you as far as car type. It was nice, clean, had EVERYTHING, and it would be the first time in my life that I have owned a car that wasn't more that 6 years older than the current year, this car is only 2 years old, but you would think it is a 2013. He worked with me, and contrary to other reviews I've read concerning this dealer, I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL SAYING I WASN'T APPROVED. I was approved before I left and knew who my bank would be. So I say Hats Off to Howard at Suzuki of Nashville. Thank you so much for first loving God and second your willingness to help those who are truly in need! More
They are a bunch of liars!! They bring you in by telling you what you want to hear! Once they hook you they put you in a vehicle and call you a few weeks later and tell you your financing has fallen thru an you what you want to hear! Ok,so I am no different than most ppl who said their credit is less than perfect and hey they said I was pre approved.so I took the few things they ask of you to bring and went in. My first impression the outside looked like a typical car lot. Salesman lerking...went in way different. Place looked like a frat house. All dirty mixed matched furniture. Staff walking around like they were at home,cussing, paying personal bills, surfing the web,eating,talking about their personal life...I knew then I had made a mistake by coming. But nooo I stayed to see what they had to say. I presented my financial documents,id etc. Well I soon found out I wasn't really pre approved they run your info again. Then ask you what your looking for. Then they didn't have what I wanted to they convinced me that they could find it and would have it for me with in 48 hours...so I agreed to look...so I found what vehicle I wanted and then come the price...and then I was told I must put down some money...it was 1,000 up to 3,000 grand. I heard the finance guy yell at my salesman that they don't sell cars without a down payment!!!!! Again I should've left then. So instead I make a deal on a car I've never seen or driven and then wait for a week for the car to come. Once it did then all of a sudden it was a problem with my financing, remember I had been approved twice already? Ok plus I ended up putting a grand down. So long story short I did get approval,but I got the run around so much with these people that I finally did force them to return my money and I went somewhere else. People they all use the same banks so please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else first. I promise you will be so happy you did. This process took about a week for me to finally get fed up and realiize what a mistake I had made by coming here...I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Also you have to be smart and pay attention with the fast talking you will soon sign your life away just to get ripped off and the wool pulled over your eyes. Please I am a successful woman and would never, never ever recommend this place to my worst enemy. I just can't believe I was so dumb.All I kept thinking is this is the kinda place who takes peoples money promises them financing puts them in. Rea car and then months later they reposess it because they couldn't really finance you. Please just beware and never,never go here. I wish I would have trusted my gut feeling. The employees should really take some pride in their work enviorment and try to clean or paint or polish the floor I tell ya its not a nice place. If I was the general manager I would have that place totally different. But he won't. I walked in on him taking a nap.so please just go to car max or kia or anywhere else first! More

After driving it a couple of weeks, I was called and told I needed to return the car that I couldn't get it, but they had another option for me ~ took the car back yesterday, and they offered me a MINI - VAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They focus on robbing poor people insisting they are re-building your credit, while they try to force you to go in debt for a car they choose for you, this is almost communism!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They treated me like a person and not a number. They gave me a great deal and a new lease on life. I thank the lord above for them. I loved this place..These people treated me like a person and financed me when NO ONE else could. If you have a credit challenge.......This is THE place to Go...Bar none!
