I went to this dealership to trade in my car and get a new one. I paid them a lot of money down and when I took home the first car that my salesperson, Kyle, showed me, which was 2008 Suzuki Reno, it soun new one. I paid them a lot of money down and when I took home the first car that my salesperson, Kyle, showed me, which was 2008 Suzuki Reno, it sounded horrible. I had to take it back and I like the 2004 van I picked up. They charged me the same price that they did for the first car (even though I called them and they told me it was actually $9,000 cheaper) and I later found out that the brakes were bad. Kyle told me if I fixed the problem, he would refund me the money, but that never happened. I returned it a while later, because the traction was messing up, but another man named Theo just took back the van, gave me back the keys to my car and told me to leave. They did not give me back my down payment, even though they told me they would before I gave them their vehicle back and I never received the money for fixing the brakes. I also told then about Kyle’s harassing and lying, but Theo said that there was nothing they could do about it. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, LIE TO YOU, AND WASTE YOUR TIME!!! More
I called the Parts/Service department trying to locate some struts for my Suzuki Forenza. (I do business with NTB and have very good mechanics that have worked on my car in the past; all I was needing was some struts for my Suzuki Forenza. (I do business with NTB and have very good mechanics that have worked on my car in the past; all I was needing was a price on the struts themselves.) This dealership was not cooperating with NTB when they called so I took matters into my own hands and called the service department myself. The person I spoke with, forgot his name, was very rude and condescending. I was myself already upset that I had waited since yesterday afternoon to get a quote and no one would give a quote on the cost of the struts to NTB. I told this person over the phone that since they could not cooperate in giving a quote that my inclination was never to buy a Suzuki ever again. His response to that was " Well it makes me not want to sell the part to you." At that point I hung up on him. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER use this dealership again. I then turned around and called Goss Suzuki in Rivergate, got a very nice gentleman in the service dept. I explained the situation to him, not only did he give me a quote on the price but he even told me that he would get it to NTB for me once the struts came in which would be about 2 or 3 days. (they had just sold their last set of struts yesterday)Listen up Service dept at Suzuki of Nashville, customer service is where it is at and not the selling of the car! Car servicing and repairs are what a customer has to deal with for the long term and you would do well to remember that. You could take a few lessons from the service dept at Goss! More
