I always see a disconnect between what I get offered when setting my appointment on line and the service I actually get. This time, the online appointment tool required I want / or not a quote to purchase my setting my appointment on line and the service I actually get. I am not going to sell my car or exchange it but I do hold the Dealer's on line offerings to standard and If you offer it in your website, it should translate to your "on the ground" service team that actually faces the customer. JP was great. The service was average. He had great customer service and he did help out, but I purchased a vehicle and the radio was not working. (They finally go The service was average. I was supposed to get tint done , and I did but it took a couple of months. The guy in charge of it, I was supposed to get it done on a Friday I messaged him asking if it was still on, he left me on read. I went over to Nissan in the morning, and he called me 5 minutes BEFORE my appointment that he couldn’t do it. I was frustrated that he called me when I was almost there. But anyway, JP was great!
