A two hour wait for an oil change is unacceptable. Fix it! I made a 2p appointment and didn't leave until after I walked around for an hour trying to get someone's attention to check on the status of Fix it! One gentleman said "I'm not able to see anything from what's in the computer." But nowhere did it cross hisknd to get up from his seat and stop watching Facebook videos on the computer to physically go check on the status of my car. After another hour of asking several staff members... finally realized that my car had been completed over an hour before. To say a complete disrespect of people's time and lack of customer service is an understatement. More
