The service agent Ana was not effective on explaining my service options . I specific told her that I was there for an oil change and added to my service rotation of tires. When the estimate came she told me that it was highly recommended because the pads were bad and when I asked which one should I do first she said the back end. Which after asking to another mechanic he told me that I should it done the front end because that are the ones that really impact when you are stopping . This is the first time that I have such incompetent service agent. I have other agents like Dave and they have always been very informative. It looks like she was just there to make her commission and didn’t care to explain everything to the customer who doesn’t know anything about mechanic. More
