First I called to let them know my brand new 2023 AC was not working and was told to bring it in next day, I got next day and my na me was not on the list, the told me they couldn’t see me but I insisted an not working and was told to bring it in next day, I got next day and my na me was not on the list, the told me they couldn’t see me but I insisted and they took me in.. 15-20 minutes passed and they told me that the machine that read the AC needed a part so I have to come back, came back a week later and dropped my car at 7:30 am called around 3pm and was told they couldn’t find the issue first to leave the car I told them no, was put on hold and few minutes pass by and was told they need to order a part if I could leave the car probably until Tuesday because they leave at 4 that Saturday and Sunday they don’t work and only until Monday they were going to order a part.. got there came back another few day waited on the lobby and over 2 hrs later they told me they couldn’t find the leak.. I ask them “what was the part they were going to order for my car for? They said..oh!! That part is for the machine that reads the AC u it in your car. At the end of the day they told me that I have to wait again until my freon it’s all gone to check it again. Seriously??? More
