Mr. Hollen is a Service Advisor and one of the best customer service providers that I have ever encountered. From my first contact to the last, he was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. He represented the Sutherlin dealership and the Nissan corporation with excellence. At every step of a very serious service issue with my 2008 Nissan Sentra, Mr. Hollen explained the process and kept me informed of the process. He seemed truly interested in me as a cutomer and a person, not just another "number", like I've experienced elsewhere. It's also obvious that he is loyal to Nissan and to the Sutherlin dealership. I'll always ask for Mr. Hollen for future service and maintenance needs. This is my third Nissan. I've owned a Stanza, an Altima and my current Sentra. This most recent expreience only confirms that my next new car will be another Nissan (hopefully a Maxima!). Keep up the good work ... unfortunately, it's rare these days. I was very impressed with Jonathan Szafran's service. US Marine and Tobic costumer service totally changed my previous opinion of a car salesman. They are trully commited to provide great service with a fair price. My first service call for this car came 08/07/2012. I always knew that new models have bugs and other miscellaneous issues that may requires warranty calls and miscellaneous recals; however, John Barrington provided me with great service and took care of the problem. The Service and Parts team were excellent to my wife and I. Mr. George Fata (Parts Manager) was very polite and corteous. Overall, prior dealing with Sutherlin and this staff. All my car buying experience were negative and unplesant. Sutherlin have prove me the following: 1- That I am a costumer and I was treated very fair on my purchase. (FYI they have to make money otherwise they will not be in business, but I can assure you will be will get a great car for a fair price) 2- The team is honestly proud and commited to great service and costumer relationship. I called to inquire about a vehicle and reached Samantha. She was unable to give me specifics about it so she passed me on to her "manager" John Leone. As I was asking him about the differences between this particular vehicle and others like it, he became aggitated, started raising his voice at me, and acted as if I was bothersome to him simply because I was asking questions about a vehicle I was interested in purchasing and stated that he couldn't provide me the information. John was extremely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL to me as a customer, and UNKNOWLEDGABLE of the vehicles he is selling. Surprised at his bad attitude, lack of customer etiquette, and much to my surprise, I requested to speak with his manager. I then spoke to US Marine, I asked him the same question I asked John and he immediated answered it for me which explained everything. I asked US to speak to John about the way John Leone treats customers because people like are the "Bad Apple" that ruins the reputation of any organization. More
