Elvis Wayne was my sales person, and I have no words to express how grateful I am to have worked with him. He went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with whatever car I could afford. His friendliness and desire to make things simple are just superb! (no pressure at all! REALLY!!! ) At the end, I was unable to get the new car I had first selected, but his team were able to find an even better deal! They found me an amazing certified pre-owned vehicle that exceeded all my expectations. All I can say is that I drove off the lot a happy buyer, and with an amazing car! Charlie's approach was very professional as I jumped between a couple of vehicles and then had a couple of dealers make him work a bit more. He was very thorough in his explanations to my multiple email inquires of the different models, my concerns, responding to what I was in need of and why, answering some tedious questions on the differences of the models and really just being timely with responses and not pushy trying to get me into the dealership. Upon finally going to the dealership for a test drive, I wasn't disappointed as he truly was a professional act who listened very well. Now it was just a matter of coming to an acceptable price. As I'm a handshake individual, I shared I wanted to sleep on their offer. Charley understood and didn't push the issue. Needless to say, I returned the next day and purchased the vehicle at a slightly higher price than I originally was hoping for but do believe the education I received on the difference in price quotes from the competitors might very well have been for a slightly lesser vehicle.
