We were shopping around for a used 2008 Dodge pickup with low mileage. We were interested in the vehicle we purchased after seeing it on a Sunday (the company was closed). A phonecall was placed on Monday and my husband spoke with Tricia Harrison, making arrangements to test drive the vehicle on Tuesday. From the moment he arrived at Susquehanne Dodge Tricia and staff were very pleasant, answering all questions and providing information regarding the vehicle. That same evening, Tricia drove the pickup to our home so I (wife) could test drive it. We were impressed with Tricia's flexibility with our schedules and with her knowledge of the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle the following Saturday and were given a tour of the dealership and introduced to the staff of the service department. Our experience with Susquehanna Dodge was great, we didn't feel pressured and will give Susquehanna Dodge our future business. More

My Sprinter had a tie rod end break late in the day. I had a car which I had traded my previous Jeep in for 3 years ago. I loved my 2002 Wrangler and I can only say a moment of paranormal possession must have come across me to have traded it in at the time. I years ago. Recently, it seemed every where I turned I saw another dark blue TJ Wrangler on the road like my old one begging me to buy another one. I knew I was upside down in the value to payoff amount, but I decided to forge ahead and take an outside chance that the Jeep gods were smiling on me. I started at the dealership I had purchased my last one at, and was met with a reception that could best be described as record low day in Nome, AK. I was turned away so fast I nearly sought a neurosurgeon for whiplash. Then, on an unusually hot day in May, I decided to check out Susquehanna Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Chrysler (Not necessarily in that order). Not only was I permitted to browse the lot without being mugged by salesmen, but I also was permitted to come in the salesfloor and mingle. The receptionist asked if I needed a drink and offered help with a salesmen/person. Pam was available and spent a great deal of time listening to my financial situation, what my needs and wants were and then said, "Let's see what will work". I was waiting for another icey "What? Are you kidding me?" as I had heard before, but she was actually willing to work with me. The manager and the finance team obviously had to move some numbers and I am sure they took a little hit on the profit margin with me, but they worked with me and with the very friendly and warm guidance of Pam, we were able to work something out. I got a Wrangler I love, and I could not be more pleased with the sales and attention that I got at Susquehanna DCJ. Pam was not pushy, she was open and upfront about the vehicle and did not try to sell me anything that didn't sell itself to me first. She was outstanding and I can tell you that anyone I know who is in the market for a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep (though I will try to talk them into a Jeep anyway)I will send right there and have them ask for Pam. If Susquehanna DCJ is working on a "word of mouth" advertising angle, they found the right customer to please, because I will be more than happy to spread the word. Thank you so much Pam for your work with me, behind the scenes and even fielding my calls and text questions on your day off. No one I have ever worked with to buy a car in the past has ever come close to the work you put into our sale. Thank you and God bless you. More
