Never thought I'd buy a car remotely, but these folks were the closest dealer to my home in NC that had a blue Pacifica Hybrid. Every other dealer had only boring white. Smooth transaction. One way airfare to Harrisburg, they picked me up at my hotel in my car and drove to the dealership to do the paperwork. I had all the figures in my email in advance and there were no surprises and got what I consider a fair deal.
