All around mess We bought a used car from them, but will never do so again, due to the following circumstances: 1) They had the registration issued to the previous We bought a used car from them, but will never do so again, due to the following circumstances: 1) They had the registration issued to the previous owner, not to us. 2) The title came in the mail and it, too, is in the previous owners name. 3) A month later, the car is still incorrectly titled and registered. 4) They were to reverse a credit card deposit of $500 the day we purchased the car in cash, and now we find it had never been credited back. 5) We are now paying credit card interest on a charge that should have been credited over a month ago. 6) When I spoke to them on the phone, they said they would immediately reverse the charge. It is now over 24 hours later, and it has still not appeared, even though they claim they processed it yesterday The buying process was pleasant, and the car is good and was at a fair price, but the after-sales headaches will prevent us from using them again.. Was contacted by a knowledgeable, pleasant young lady named Alexis Johnson who graciously walked me through the introduction to the vehicle I inquired about. I live in Maryland some 75 miles from the Dealership, but distance made little concern because Ms. Johnson's knowledge of the vehicle and her pleasant and professional approach made me feel at home with what is usually a stressful experience. Ms. Johnson's personable style made me feel at ease. To make a long story short, I purchased the vehicle within 24 hours from the time Ms. Johnson contacting me, sight unseen with the exception of a few photographs of the vehicle off the Web. Everyone at Susquehanna was terrific about trying to make it right. A few Saturday's ago, my 2014 Jeep acted up one too many times and I took it back to Susquehanna. Damian Wissler and his team treated me with respect and went to work to find a replacement vehicle. In less than two weeks, I a am driving a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and the exchange went smoothly.
