Mr. Chantler, We are sorry we couldn’t find common ground. We did recognize the damage that occurred to your wheels while replacing the tires and have been willing to handle the matter from the beginning. Wheel repair companies are a very common repair method, just as body shops exist to repair vehicle damage. Both of these companies exist as they repair damage that has been done to a vehicle or wheel. When damage occurs, we are responsible for having the issue corrected which we have been willing to do for the beginning. From our phone calls together, prior to the work being performed, you have repeatedly made it clear that you will not accept any repair other than full replacement. It is our impression that although we have been willing to correct the issue with a completely satisfactory repair, this ultimately was never going to be acceptable to you. At this time, the 5th wheel does still need to be repaired to complete what we set out to do. Please reach out to our service manager, Aaron, who you have been working with to have this last wheel resolved.

I AM willing to have them repaired. But I wanted them repaired the CORRECT way. They were MACHINED lips from factory. Your idea of fixing them was to PAINT them. And to you, that’s satisfactory. I’m not asking for new wheels. I’m asking for my wheels to look like how they did from the factory!

We apologize that you don’t believe our policies to be fair and that you missed your opportunity to purchase the Pacifica you wanted. In a market where consumers can easily find and compare used vehicles, we try to provide policies that are fair to all consumers. In this case, you expressed interest in a Pacifica that was a fresh trade, and the vehicle had to go through the reconditioning process to make sure the vehicle met our high standards for sale. You were provided with an opportunity to place a deposit on the vehicle while it went through that process but declined to do so. Another customer was provided with that same opportunity, and they chose to take advantage and were provided with the first opportunity to complete the purchase.
