This place doesn’t value their customers at all … bought a vehicle last week there and they have ghosted me ever since… will not even return a phone call or when you stop in they say they are in a meeting … a vehicle last week there and they have ghosted me ever since… will not even return a phone call or when you stop in they say they are in a meeting … no value for their customer will eventually result in a closed business…. Their sales manager is rude and disrespectful (Jackie) More
Absolutely worst jeep dealership. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. I was a long time customer for over 10 years. Bought 3 vehicles from them. They sure have changed because the Manager DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. I was a long time customer for over 10 years. Bought 3 vehicles from them. They sure have changed because the Manager and owner now do not care about the customers at all. Ryan sokoloff (owner) and Aaron Zolko (manager) couldn’t care less about your problems. I came in for a simple tire installation. I have a 2017 hard rock edition rubicon and for those that don’t know that was a special edition that came with special edition wheels. The wheels are black with a MACHINED lip. The tech destroyed the lips of the wheels. ALL 5! My wheels were in perfect condition prior to that. They did take responsibility for the damage. Which was surprising given what I know now. I of course wanted a new set of wheels but understanding how businesses work they were not willing to budge at all giving me that. Instead I was promised they could be repaired to FACTORY conditions and I wouldn’t be able to notice any difference at all. Wasn’t thrilled since I started with perfect wheels and ended up with messed up wheels but agreed to let them fix them since it was pretty much my only option. Fast forward a month later finally able To get them scheduled for repair. Got them back today…..For starters, they only sent out 4 wheels to be repaired. Forgot the spare. Apparently their top technician’s fault. The foreman. So the other 4 wheels….look terrible! Their idea of repairing my MACHINED lips was to PAINT THEM! The wheels now have silver painted lips instead of a nice machined Finish. The paint job looks amateur like someone rattle canned them. This was never agreed upon. I was told they would be repaired to factory condition. Factory to me means the lips would still be machined. According to the owner and manager the repair is “beyond satisfactory”. So now my special edition wheels that were in perfect condition now look like rattle can garbage. They are not willing to replace or repair the correct way. They think the paint looks good. If I would have been told ahead of time they would be painting them I wouldn’t have ever agreed to have them repaired that way. The whole experience was inconvenient and a huge waste of my time. And now I am out of a set of nice perfect wheels. I will never step foot in that place again and I advise you do the same. More
WARNING! ! DO NOT go to Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ! They use deceptive practices in their parts and service department. I was pre-charged for a part ! DO NOT go to Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ! They use deceptive practices in their parts and service department. I was pre-charged for a part that I didn’t even need for my truck after paying $195 just for them to diagnose the problem incorrectly! (I ended up fixing the correct issue myself for $60) When I called to get the part refunded they told me that I needed it installed. When told them the time that I was available, they didn’t have anything available for them. Whenever I called they told me that someone would call me back and they never did. I went in today to get the refund for the $165 oxygen sensor, to be told that the sensor is obsolete and can not be refunded…an oxygen sensor, the most commonly replaced sensor is obsolete! The business is based on defrauding their customers. More

I have been a Jeep person since my first Jeep that I bought in 1991. I drove that first Jeep a few hundred thousand miles. And passed it on to one of my children who drove it another hundred thousand mi bought in 1991. I drove that first Jeep a few hundred thousand miles. And passed it on to one of my children who drove it another hundred thousand miles probably. I bought two Jeeps since then from Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because I had a family member who worked there. And I love Jeeps. I was always treated fairly well at Susquehanna. A few months back I got a recall notice from Jeep for my clutch. I called Susquehanna Jeep to order the parts to do the replacement of the clutch that was recalled. I was informed at that time that it would take weeks to get the part in. I waited about a month and still no call. So I called Susquehanna Jeep. I was then told that they had no record of me calling or ordering the parts from the service writers. At that point the service writer Holly assured me that she talked directly to Mark at her parts department and made sure that they ordered my clutch. Again I was told it would take a few weeks. A few weeks went by still no call. So I called the service again. And was informed at that time that my part was in fact in. At that point I scheduled the appointment with the service manager Aaron for today to drop my Jeep off to get the recalled clutch installed. I set up the appointment with the loaner car Option because I was told it could take a day and a half to install the clutch and waiting for my Jeep probably would not be an option. When I get there for my morning appointment at 7:00 a.m. that was confirmed. And driving the half an hour to get there at 7:00 a.m.. I was told that they had no record of me reserving the loaner car. After telling the service writer Holly what I went through to get the part and then making the time away from work to get there driving 30 minutes from my home. And close to an hour to where I work in Maryland. The response was. Well I don't know who you talk to but there was no loner car scheduled for you. And sorry, I can reschedule it in a very non-sympathetic tone. One that left me feeling like it was all my fault and I'm an idiot. And she has better things to do. Is this the kind of customer service you give to people that buy 40 some thousand dollar vehicles at your dealership? And that are also repeat buyers? Very disappointed. More
Never thought I'd buy a car remotely, but these folks were the closest dealer to my home in NC that had a blue Pacifica Hybrid. Every other dealer had only boring white. Smooth transaction. One way ai were the closest dealer to my home in NC that had a blue Pacifica Hybrid. Every other dealer had only boring white. Smooth transaction. One way airfare to Harrisburg, they picked me up at my hotel in my car and drove to the dealership to do the paperwork. I had all the figures in my email in advance and there were no surprises and got what I consider a fair deal. More
I've purchased two vehicles from them in the past year, & have had an excellent experience with both. They gave me the highest trade in value & biggest discount on any of the dealers in my area. STAY AWAY! I THOUGHT BAIT AND SWITCH WAS A THING OF THE PAST, NOT HERE! For context, I have owned 11 Jeep Wranglers and dealt with numerous dealers and this I THOUGHT BAIT AND SWITCH WAS A THING OF THE PAST, NOT HERE! For context, I have owned 11 Jeep Wranglers and dealt with numerous dealers and this by far is the worst. On December 21st, I made a deal with the manager at the dealer, Jake. He asked that I put down a $1,000 deposit to hold the Jeep. I said sure. Jake told me their normal policy was to hold a vehicle for 2 days. I explained that I was 4 hours away, it was the holiday weekend and I couldn’t get a check from my credit union that fast. He texted back, no problem we can hold it until the next Saturday, the 30th. For some reason, Jake returned my deposit on the 23rd but said we are still good to go on the 30th. I have text messages for all of this. Fast forward to the 28th, at this post I got a check from the credit union for the exact amount of the price that was agreed upon, I texted Jake to make sure everything was good to go for Saturday because I had the long drive. He did not respond. I went ahead and called and talked to a lady named Diane, I believe, who insinuated that Jake was no longer employed there but said the deal was good and she would help me Saturday morning. Thursday night at 6:58pm, 2 minutes before the dealership closed, I received a phone call from the dealership principal, Damian, he notified me that Jake was no longer an employee of the dealership. He then told me he was no longer going to honor the deal that was made. He said if you want to buy the Jeep it would be $2,800 more and I will email the offer shortly and hung up. The next day Friday, he told me he would have honored the original price if I would have stuck to the deposit procedure. I explained that I did just that and Jake gave me the extra time and I even sent him the texts showing that Jake said that. Well, good old Damian reneged again and disregarded the text proof that I abided by his deposit procedure! You don’t really want to do business with someone like this, especially the owner! So I suggest you do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, like I did! More
