She was very adament about using Suski because she loved the service department. She has had the same vehicle for 13 plus years and anyone who has worked at a dealership and has sold a customer their first car understands that service sells the second vehicle. That was absolutely the case! She was so happy with the service department that she was going to purchase a new Buick Enclave. That is until we delt with DENNIS JOSEPH. When we first met Dennis we both thought well he is a nice guy. She went through the sales process and we were up front with Dennis and told him that when mom comes back from Florida she will be back to purchase a new vehicle. She already drove and looked at the vehicles and had 2 Enclaves picked out just in case 1 of 2 were sold. So on Tuesday April 27th at 10:23am I called and left a message that she was coming home on May 1st and wanted to come in and purchase 1 of the 2 vehicles that she wanted. On Friday April 29th we had not heard anything back from DENNIS JOSEPH but we wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was on vacation or possibly sick. So I decided to drive to the dealership instead of call again and see for myself. After locating the enclave. I went inside and there is DENNIS just sitting at his desk surfing the internet. I told him that I called him on Tuesday in regards to the purchase but never heard back from him. DENNIS proceeded to tell me that he had no messages. So I was pulling up my recent calls to show him. He was acting like I was lying to him! Really! He never even left his seat! But when I told him the stock number that she was coming in to purchase he was like let me get it for you. But I already knew that it was sold. How does a customer know the inventory better than a salesmen? So, we decided to pull all future sales and service out of this dealership. To the service manager, I am sorry. She loved you guys but when you have a salesmen that trys to tell the customer "you never called me" is a problem. Mr. JOSEPH definitely needs to have better training in people skills. I am completely okay with it because I have seen many salesmen like him and he can live off his draw. He is not pro active but reactive and that does not make a good sales representative. She is purchasing her new vehicle this week. I will thank DENNIS for this interaction to move her business somewhere else. Pretty sad that you lose a 15 year customer but remember that I never called you! Now my guy will take it from here. More

Went in for a oil change, tires rotated, MOA additive and air filter. $151.00, I had 2 coupons and it brought price down to $136.00. I questioned the price,and a manager came to see bill said he would check air filter. $151.00, I had 2 coupons and it brought price down to $136.00. A $500 dealership fee was charged when I purchased my lease car. The fee was conveniently added on to the cash buyout price but was not identified anywhere in the purchase agreement (probably thinking I lease car. When I questioned why this fee was added they said it should not have been applied to the purchase of a lease car and agreed to reimburse me. The finance person was surprised that I caught such an error. I don’t know if this was an isolated error or common practice but it’s enough to make me not do business there again, More

i have bought lot of cars in my life (156 ) i am 71 years old. i have bought cars in 4 states. I have never had a better experience. The salesman (Jason) took my offer was back to me in 10 min. Had the truck ready FAST.They brought the truck and paperwork to my house. Everything was just as they said it would be. No one trying to upsell,No BULL ^$@%. Stright as it could be.
