I advised him I would not buy from Crain Hyundai in Little Rock because the sales manager did not treat the salesman nor myself with dignity and respect. The entire staff at Superior; the sales manager, the finance man and Hess, the salesman were absolutely courteous, helpful and totally knowledgable in all aspects of the purchase. Never did I get the feeling they were trying to "hustle" me into buying the car, nor did they critisize other brands I was considering (Audi A6, Cadillac CT6 or Lincoln Continental.) More
