The BEST of the BEST I was contacted by Superior after looking through Tru-Car. I was also contacted by Crain which was closer to my home. I went to Crain first and was pressured and pushed and not offered the price or car I wanted. I came to Superior and everyone was professional, kind and considerate of me and my needs. I am a Widow and mother of a teen aged daughter. My income is tight but working with Jeremy Hess, who was so patient and willing to talk to me and keep in touch via E-mail till I was able to come in was perfect. He didn't pressure me, instead he listened and worked hard to give me the deal on the car that I needed. He took me on a great test drive so I could really get a feel for the way the car drove and when we sat down to deal he was ready. He gave me all the numbers, every detail laid out for me as I wanted, instead of the way the other dealership did, throwing out one number and demanding I pay more than I could afford. I have already told my friends that if they are looking for a Hyundai they need to contact Superior. You guys are great and deserve to grow in customers. One comment I have heard many times fits so well, "Though you be little, you be fierce." You guys are fierce, in the best way. More

Excellent! Friday, I submitted a request on the TrueCar app, and received a fast email from Jeremy Hess. No pressure. No phone calls. (Other dealers were calling me immediately, even if I specified email was best.) I popped in to Superior Hyundai after work Friday, and Jeremy met me as soon as I parked. We test drove an Elantra, a Veloster, and a Tucson. I was torn between the Veloster and the Tucson, so he wrote up both so I could compare payment options. I loved the smooth ride of the Tucson, but the sportiness of the Veloster was more my style. Still torn, I had my husband join me at the dealership to go for a ride. After riding in the Veloster, he said "this is you", and we didn't drive the Tucson. The only Veloster they had on the lot was a base model, and I wanted all of the options. He asked me what color I wanted, and I said "red first, blue second". He found a red one in Oklahoma, with every possible option and arranged to have it brought to Conway. When writing contract, he found a total of 8000 in rebates, which was a HUGE help. When I picked up my car today, he sat in the car with me to show me how everything works, set up my Bluetooth connection, and the blue link connection. Everyone in the dealership was friendly, funny, and straight up real. I'm so glad I decided to go to Superior. I'll definitely recommend them and I'll absolutely be back next time I need a new car. I love my new Hyundai, and have absolutely no regrets, and no buyers remorse. More
