The customer service I experienced at Superior Ford was horrendous. My vehicle was there for service to fix my automatic steering failure and my steering wheel pushing me to go another direction than strai horrendous. My car was there for a MONTH. Not once was I ever asked if a loaner car was needed - I ended up asking myself. I learned they didn’t have them. I explained that I could not go without a vehicle for that long. John (the service advisor) told me that the best Ford corporate could do was one day. I missed an important Dr. appointment, many days of work, and had a very hard time getting to the store for essentials. I basically had to beg John for updates on the status of my car - he didn’t respond to my texts once for two days so I had to call the main service line. I deserve regular updates during service if it takes that long - and to be told beforehand of the estimated complete date! When I picked up my car, I learned that others who had their cars in Parts/Service were given rentals that the dealership/Ford paid for. A few days later, my steering wheel was still forcing me in another direction. I brought it in explaining the secondary issue wasn’t fixed. The service guy receiving my car said that they probably missed something and that I wouldn’t have to pay for this service because of it. Well, John told me that I would have to and what the issue was and that they would need my car for at least a week. I asked John for the cost of that and he gave me a well overpriced estimate. I told him I was coming to pick my car up so I could bring it to a service center that had given me a more reasonable estimate. When I got there to pick up my car, John told me that I had to pay them over $200 for just looking at my car. I told them I was told it wouldn’t cost me because they missed something when it was last in. John just explained to me what the issue was again which wasn’t my concern nor question. I ended up paying them just so I could get out of there and be done with them. To top it all off, when I got to my car, I found trash from the workers in my car. I made an appointment with Superior because my normal service place couldn’t get me in right away. Next time I will just wait longer to get service instead of bringing my car to Superior. More
Chris Tema was a horrible person to deal with, he was very rude and disrespectful. He would not let me tell him about my wishes and what I preferred he called me names told me he did not want to talk he very rude and disrespectful. He was very disrespectful and arrogant he has no respect for women and should be terminated immediately! More
I had called the dealership about a vehicle listed on their site. First the price was on their site was incorrect. They were asking 6,000 over MSR. I agreed however asked them to call me when it came in. The truck came in and I made an appointment to come get the truck the price was now increased by 5,500 more than the already inflated price. Buyer beware. Extremely shady business practice here. More

I recently purchased a 2018 F150 Platinum and the LKS / Auto High Beam camera was not working. I had the vehicle in to Superior Ford twice to have it corrected. On the phone they said they had the part. In person they said they didn't and it might be up to a year. I brought the vehicle to another Ford dealer and the camera is fine, it just wasn't seated properly in it's bracket. I don't believe Superior Ford gave any serious attention to detail or customer service for such a simple issue. Oil changes have been fine. More
Went in for a quick lube oil change on my diesel 6.4 pick up truck. . This service is $129 at other ford dealerships. Superior Ford's Superior price was $163.06. I did take the time to reach out to the manager to discuss the significant difference in price. His explanation was that's what we charge. I was quoted about $130, by the service person checking me in. My feet are very smart and they walked me out the door, never to return. Do you have smart feet? By the way quick lube wasn't quick. I bought a 2020 Escape. At 2350 miles a tire blew out through the side wall. The dealership insisted I hit a pothole or sharp object, because they said tires NEVER blowout thru the sidewall, so they woul through the side wall. We purchased the bumper to bumper warranty and were told that it covers everything including oil changes and brake pads. I asked to speak to the owner, who never contacted me. I had to buy a new tire. I did not do it thru the dealership, because of the way the issue was handled. Well guess what! Continental tires DO BLOW OUT THRU THE SIDEWALL. Here is a article about Continental tires blowing out thru the sidewall and there is a recall. Someone owes me $215. Like that, or an apology will ever happen. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service in my life. I will never buy a Ford and work with this dealership again. They wouldn't work with me on a recall and were charging me the full price if 2 my life. I will never buy a Ford and work with this dealership again. They charged $182 for a diagnostic that you could have literally read from the dashboard "powering steering" and they never communicated this charge before hand. When I expressed dissatisfaction and that I'd take my business elsewhere, they couldn't care less and originally gave me 3 hours to pick up an undrivable car. They deleted my comment/review on their Facebook page and blocked me. Never buy Ford. Never work with this dealership. More
