I have 4 Ford vehicles for which I do all my service at Superior Ford. All were purchased at this dealership. I have had a great experience over many years. I was in for a simple oil change, Mark tried to upsell a few services, quoted me 89.95 for power steering flush and fill, said I needed new wipers, which I had just gotten, so I know that I did not need tho few services, quoted me 89.95 for power steering flush and fill, said I needed new wipers, which I had just gotten, so I know that I did not need those, and said I needed a new air filter. I told him to go ahead and put in the filter. I came in with a coupon for the oil change for 18.88 and ended up with a $51+ bill. He did NOT quote me for the air filter, which I believe he should have. I am going to buy an new Escape, and was in talking to a sales person when he came in and talked to me. I explained to him that I didn't want to spend a lot of money on this vehicle, because I am going to trade it in, but he still went on and told me all these things I needed. When the guy came back in to tell me my vehicle was ready, he told me where it would be, unless I wanted it washed. I told him that I would love to have my car washed, shockingly, when I went to get my vehicle, it was NOT washed. Very poor communication and service. I am not sure I will go back to buy my new vehicle from this dealership, as I would want to service the vehicle where I buy it. Too bad I had this experience, as this would be a very convenient location for me. More
the only concern I have is with the REMOTE STARTER on my 2011 Ford Escape. I can start the SUV with the remote, unlock the door with the remote, key, or keypad, BUT as soon as I open the door (does not mat 2011 Ford Escape. I can start the SUV with the remote, unlock the door with the remote, key, or keypad, BUT as soon as I open the door (does not matter which door is opened) the SUV shuts off. I returned to the dealership on Monday, May 9th to drop off the 2nd key & title to my trade in vechile. I mentioned this to Denny, he seemed as if this was NO BIG DEAL, telling me this is because, I would not want someone to be able to drive off with my vechile. I have had remote starters on other cars and this has never happened before. I do know that if you step on the brake without a key in the igination the vechile will shut off. I asked Denny to have this looked at on Wednesday the 11th of May, as my vehicle will be in the shop for the protection package to be applied. I hope this addressed. I went to your dealership to look at a used Focus and a new Fiesta. Pauly explained the features and benefits of each vehicle in detail and was very thorough and patient with any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles I looked at and explained the pros and cons about purchasing New vs. Used. The whole process went very smoothly on his end. After my purchase, he showed me all the nifty things I can do with my new car, and introduced me to the shop personnel for when I return for any maintenence needs. I was very pleased with Pauly and would definitely work with him again and recommend him to friends and family. Overall, I had an excellent experience with your dealership. (And the car is AWESOME!) Your employees are very friendly and trustworthy. Prices are higher than the Goodyear or Tire Plus stores. When Goodyear couldn't align car without replacing parts you could. I enjoy using the Quick Lane for oil changes, etc. because it is efficient and "quick". My experience has always been good and the dealership is close to my home. He treats my Mercury Marquis Brougham Ultimate as his own, through recommendati dealership increasing its brand contact-by-contact through employees.
