I was in the express lane for an oil change. I was the only one waiting. After waiting for 15 minutes, I noticed the vehicle that was being worked on in the other bay was finished and was being pulled ou only one waiting. After waiting for 15 minutes, I noticed the vehicle that was being worked on in the other bay was finished and was being pulled out. So, I started to back up to move over to that lane. Before I could back up far enough, another vehicle pulled in that lane and was allowed to drive straight in. I had to wait almost 10 more minutes before finally being allowed to pull my car in. I would have appreciated it if one of the service people had come out and let me know that the other bay would be open first and that I should move over. I am sure they saw me waiting there, and it would not have been difficult for them to just wave me to the other lane. I should mention that the service is usually very good, and once I did get into the bay, everyone was very friendly and helpful. More

I have a 2000 Excersion and have had all of my service performed at Superior Ford. I am always very pleased and over all these years I have never felt overcharged. Your staff was very professional and friendly usually a hard combination to have. You are still about 10 dollars over on a oil change but I guess the freindliness off set that. i have no way to compare price but it seems it was way over priced for one day of labor as an unemployed carpenter it seems like they may have taken advantage of the fact that i was SOL and at there doors over priced for one day of labor as an unemployed carpenter it seems like they may have taken advantage of the fact that i was SOL and at there doorstep. i could of taken my van anywhere but was trying to be loyal to a ford dealership. not sure it was a good choice at this time. i am confident work was done well and everone was freindly and helpfull. i think you should add another option to the last question, because i am not sure as to wether i would recommend your dealership. The service adviser was quite easy to work with and took the time to accurately record the "weird noises" we were hearing with our vehicle. I dropped my car off at 10 am and at 3 or so, I was called and told it had not even been looked at and to call back around 5. Called again and still not looked at. Called by someone and told they did the oil change but did not have a chance to look at the problem that it was brought in for and I needed to come and pick it up without it being checked. I am not sure I will bring it back. If they were not going to look at it, they should have told me before I left it. I don't understand why it was not even looked at. I realize that things sometimes get behind, but if that was the case, why did you even accept it. You knew up front that I could only leave it for the day. Certainly, I feel it should have been looked at and then if it was going to take more than a day to fix, I would have understood. No one explained why it was not even looked at until we came to pick it up and someone told my husband that there were too many cars from the day before and they wouldn't have time. If they knew that, why did they tell us that on Tuesday, they didn't have any appointments and that we would get it back yet that day. I just don't understand and am very upset that you would take a vehicle and then just not even look at it. I don't know if there is another Ford garage to take it too or not. I have to do some checking around. More
Absolutely horrible experience extremely rude & unprofessional staff. We came in looking for my company car. They were so worried if I would get it from them or not, they didn't even want to help unprofessional staff. We came in looking for my company car. And when I asked for a brochure, he printed me a black & white copy off of the net. I could have done that. I would NEVER go back for my own personal car when I need to buy one!! More
If I called these guys xxxx it would only put them on par with other car dealers. When I first called them they told me they had a brand new truck sitting in the dealer prep area that had never been in the with other car dealers. When I first called them they told me they had a brand new truck sitting in the dealer prep area that had never been in the lot. But once I got there they couldn't find the vehicle. It was a complete ruse to get me into the dealer. They were having a weekend sale closing out all the late model Rangers with lots of incentives. Many of the incentives were ending that day. I found a truck I liked, negotiated a deal, and put $500 down. I get a call the next day that "the truck was no longer available." My only assumption was they got a better price for this last vehicle and sold it to somebody else. And of course the sales team did all the classic stuff. "Let me talk to my manager" and "these deals end tomorrow" and every other scummy things car dealers do. Avoid these guys. They'll take you for everything you're worth. More
My experience at Superior Brookdale Ford was great. Everyone helped to make sure that I got the car I wanted and kept me updated as I waited after my car was ordered. The only complaint that I have is that there was only 1 Explorer at the dealer so I was unable to view the different colors of the 2011 Explorers on real cars. This influenced my decision to pick a white car. This suvery needs to be updated to be easier to use. We shouldn't have to log in or create a user name to submit the survey. More
