Called the used car phone number, it was re-directed to a new employee who told me it was his day off and then told me he didn't know the number to a different salemen and seemed very un-willing to help. Then the car was sold on the day I called but they never called me and I made the trip almost 20 miles to the dealership after telling them if it gets sold, tell me but I WANT TO BUY IT...never got a phone call. Worst exp ever with a dealership. Don't waste your time. More
I came into purchase a car a couple weeks ago. They offered me an amount for my trade which was not up to par. Today I noticed the same car dropped in price so I called John and asked him to work out t offered me an amount for my trade which was not up to par. He agreed and I showed up to nothing being done and then you low balling be on my trade. It was two weeks difference and the exact same price they dropped on the vehicle I was looking at. I have bought a couple cars prior to this from this dealership and the quality of sales reps and management has taken a turn for the worse. When I brought this all up to the manager he just became defensive thinking I'm looking for a deal. I wasted an hour of my time after specifically asked John uhde to get everything taken care of ahead of time. I have told over 50 so far since this happened to never use this dealership and will be notating it on every social networking site and anywhere I else people may read this. If I get through to one person it will be worth it. Worst experience I have had in any purchase large or small in the last 10 years. JOKE!!!! More
I wanted to purchase an 1995 F-250 and I worked with a salesman named Jordan who was very nice to deal with, But the used car manager Jeff Halsne WOULD NOT allow me to take the truck to my mechanic statin salesman named Jordan who was very nice to deal with, But the used car manager Jeff Halsne WOULD NOT allow me to take the truck to my mechanic stating it was "as is" take it or leave it. He was a complete rude jerk who talked to me like I was a child, Very Condescending! They wouldnt even give me a free oil change after I bought it, and tried to charge me for one. I bought the truck and the next day the tranny is spilling oil out everywhere! 5 days later now and the truck wont even start! I cant believe this Jeff guy, he shouldnt have a job where he talks and deals with people.. Avoid Superior Ford at all costs! This is a second generation LEMON I have bought from Superior Ford. Jordan my salesman was awesome though! He belongs at a reputable dealership. More
Offers on trade-ins very low. Extremely rude. They don't like when people know what they are willing to take for a deal. If you say no they get mad. They didn't offer so much as a drink of water. When I wouldn't accept their deal they go all mad and rude. They didn't bother to offer to have me look at a different vehicle that might be closer to the range I wanted. Heck, they could have even offered to try and sell as a lease but they didn't bother to do that either. Four years ago the staff there was kind, considerate, and willing to work on a deal. Now, they are rude and practically try and bully you into taking their offer. I will NEVER go there for a car again. More

Instead of trying to sell the highest version, he asked what features I really wanted to have and worked it backwards from there. In all honesty, the price was not the lowest (by just a few hundred dollars), but the way I was treated made it more than worth it. I don't buy based on just price! I can't say enough good about my experience - I used to dislike purchasing vehicles just due to the reasons that I felt at the other dealerships I checked - I felt like I was wasting their time unless I could commit to a purchase at that moment. Superior Ford gave me an honest price, treated me very well and made a sale based on that. More
I am a single woman that has been to several dealerships looking to buy a car, and out of all of them, Superior Ford exceded my expectations. I was greeted right away and I never felt pressured to buy anyth looking to buy a car, and out of all of them, Superior Ford exceded my expectations. From the moment we stepped foot on the lot someone was offering to help us, but were not pushy. They lied to me about the amount of my trade in and the price of my new vehicle. I didn't find out until I was signing the paperwork and realized the numbers were wrong. I was very scared. Not only would I never go back but I will worn you they are dishonest and hostile. More
