My husband dropped off the car in the morning, and gave them his cell phone number to call when the car was finished. No one bothered to call him. In fact, they called my parent's house's phone number - a number I have had to correct them on 3-4 times, as I haven't lived there in 7+ years. Boooooo!! More
I had no appointment. I used the Quick service lane for an oil change and standard service check. I drove right in, they worked on my Explorer right away. I was back on the road within 45 minutes. I have always received excellent customer service from Superior Ford, from buying my original Ford Focus in 2009, through all the service visits in the last 3.5 years, to trading in my Focus for a new one Superior Ford, from buying my original Ford Focus in 2009, through all the service visits in the last 3.5 years, to trading in my Focus for a new one. I did check other dealers for price and options, to educate myself, but Superior Ford was again the best price, as it was in 2009. I have no doubt that the customer service will continue to be excellent through the next several years of service on this Ford. Every individual I have dealt with at Superior, from the reception desk to the mechanic's station has been unfailingly cheerful and helpful. Ray was very helpful and informative while reviewing my options, going through all the different features on the car, and answering my questions. More

I was VERY disappointed when I came to pay for the service provided yesterday. I was told that the program of accumulating credit for services paid for had been discontinued and I lost $40.00 plus th service provided yesterday.
