I seriously can not believe the high reviews of this dealership. My wife and I found a low mileage Ford Edge on the internet so we stopped in to take a look at it. We found another at the dealership that we liked. After trying to negotiate a price with one of the salesman, we went back and forth and finally he (D. Jones) hung up on my wife and told her he would not do business with us. We finally agreed to a price with the used car manager (Jeff Halsne). After we had purchased the car, we had two issues that we wanted addressed. When we bought the Edge there were no license plates on the vehicle so we were issued a 21 day temporary license. On our way home, we noticed that the car was pulling hard to the right so I contacted Mr. Halsne about this issue. In the meantime, I found the tire pressure in the front right tire to be 10 psi lower than the other three. Hats off to the pre delivery inspection crew on that big mistake. No big deal, I was think, I fixed it rather easy but there's no excuse for missing something so elementary. In the meantime, an area of paint on the front bumper is bubbling and flaking off so once again, I contacted Mr. Halsne about this. Next thing, our 21 day permit is now about ready to expire and we still are without license plates. After contacting the dealership once again and getting more of the run around I contacted Mr. Halsne again and he told me we would mail them to me. With already expired registration I advised him to overnight our plates to us. That was on a Thursday afternoon. It is now late afternoon on the following Monday and we still have no plates so I contacted Mr. Halsne AGAIN. He commented to me that I was the worst customer ever and he now refuses to address the issue with the flaking paint off the bumper. Bad customer? I don't think so I just expect that when you give me your word on something, you will step up to the plate and follow thru. I'm 100% positive that they thought I was a good customer when they happily cashed my check at the bank!! In my opinion to ALL, no matter how good the deal may seem, just do me a favor....SKIP THIS DEALERSHIP. save your money and purchase a vehicle from another dealership!!!!! More
Quite frankly I'm surprised others rated this place so highly. My mom and I showed up to look at a 2013 STX Ford F-150. He asked us no questions, we basically had to keep the conversation going. It was like he didn't know how to talk to us. Not the best customer service. He was more concerned about the color of the truck rather than telling us about the truck. I don't care if "in the sunlight that truck is PURE tuxedo black." I want to know about the truck! That was just part of it. We told him the ballpark we wanted to be in for monthly payments, to which he basically packed up and practically walked away from us. He said there was no way we were going to get payments in that price range, even though we had gotten deals from three other dealerships in that price range. We were very unhappy with the way he regarded us at this point. He basically was acting in a way that said "You don't have as much money as me, therefore I'm better than you!" In short, we were very unsatisfied with the way this dealership treated us. We felt disrespected and that they had treated us like we were idiots. Won't be going back ever! Next time I'm looking for a truck, I'm going to Morrie's Minnetonka Ford! More

Stephanie service was great! In my mind she went above and beyond helping me select new tires. She made sure that any maintenance or issues with my vehicle were taken care if, without pressuring me into e and beyond helping me select new tires. I received a coupon from Morries and have been in the past able to use any competing coupon. When I went to redeem it the clerk said she could not take it. It was not her fault as that is what she had past able to use any competing coupon. When I went to redeem it the clerk said she could not take it. It was not her fault as that is what she had been told. Needless to say, I went to a manager and he did an override. If in fact coupons are no longer being taken, then I should have been able to use this one and in the future not able to use them. If there is no knowledge of a change in procedure then AFTER the fact that the oil change was done does not sit well. I am very pleased with the service I received and my problem was handled in a very professional way. More

They recommended a front end alignment and rotate/balance of tires for $182. I paid my bill and asked the service person before I left the facility if anyone had driven the car after the work was completed. I was assured it had been. Drove the car and the same issue was still there which the service person confirmed when I returned with the car. I think what upset me the most was that it was pretty obvious that no one had drive the vehicle and just assumed the work done had fixed the probem. Turns out that the problem was a bad bearing in the rear drive shaft which was eventually repaired at your facility. Superior Ford did give me back half my money from the initial repair and also paid for a rental on my return visit. My issue is that this was my first visit to Superior Ford were a repair required more than just fixing something which was obvious (seat belt wouldn't retract). This does not bode well for the troubleshooting capability of the repair persons at your facility in my opinion if someone can't even bother to drive a vehicle after suppossedly repairing it. That's pretty fundamental diagnosis procedure. More
