All they wanted to do was finance I went with my daughter and son inlaw to look at a truck we saw on the website that was a good price. When we got there to test drive it the salesman Russ iI think wass hiss name was friendly. After we drove it we sat down and he was writing up the numbers on it he came up with a payment that was much higher than the one online. When I took a look at it he had added a service contract and some other premium service totaling almost $3,000 extra my son said he was not intresed in those because the truck was comming with a decent warranty because of being a certified for preowned vehicle. He had already told the salesman that the financing was all approved throught their bank and they would be returning to pick up the vehicle with a certified check from the bank. The sales man then wanted to know wich bank, and said they worked directly with them and said he would take care of everything but came back again with a much higher payment than the bank. My son inlaw then said "WE ARE NOT FINANCING THOUGH YOU" and i have to go pick up my wife so that she can see the truck before we close on it. The salesman said take the truck to pick her up and that he would be there untill nine pm so we had plenty of time to do so. We got back around eight and were told the he left for the day a while ago. We talked to three other people before we got to the sales manager or what ever he was with all the same crap finally I told him that if these two can't come in here with a check and buy a car then they could keep it and their shady tactics we were leaving. At that point he finally put the numbers on a purchase order for the kids to take to the bank. It was after nine by that point and when we got in the car my daughter said I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO WITH THESE SLIMY DEVILS I DON'T THINK I WOULD TAKE THAT TRUCK IF THEY GAVE IT TO ME. I have a 2013 ford focus and wanted them to do a software update and two other issues. the two issues are 1. when i stop for light and stop sign and s I have a 2013 ford focus and wanted them to do a software update and two other issues. the two issues are 1. when i stop for light and stop sign and start driving, my car doesn't go smoothly. it jumps. it does this until i drive it about 30 meters and goes away. the second problem is, i was training my wife how to park and after about an hour of training, the car starts alarming to turn the engine off because of transmitter being to hot. i told all the three things I would like them to fix for me. However, the problems are are not fixed. After two days of the service, one of their customer service called me and asked me if i am satisfied. I said i am not satisfied. I told her what I wrote above. she said she is going to inform the manager and he would be in touch. However, nobody called me again. I think my car is jumping even more after the service. it is getting worse. my question is:- what did the lady who called me want to hear from me? did she want me to say "I am satisfied"? I think that is the only thing she wanted to hear. More

He was extremely friendly and had no issues with us asking to look in 5 different vehicles. We narrowed our selection down to two that we wanted to test drive and he was happy to let us to take them without him. I asked that he evaluate our car for trade in while we were gone and he assured it would be done before we got back. Before we left he asked for a payoff amount for the vehicle we were looking to trade in, I gave him a ballpark answer and what kind of payment we wanted, I said below $600. After driving the vehicles we were ready to close the deal and drive it home that day but before I made the final decision I thoroughly inspected the vehicle and when doing so asked a lot of questions that I knew the answer to but wanted to test his knowledge on. Most of the things I asked about he did not know but answered incorrectly with confidence. This was my first red flag. We went in to the dealership where he said “good news, we can get you in at $598 a month “, second red flag, I did the math quick on my phone while we were test driving and knew where we should have been payment wise. He was quoting me a payment based on 9% interest! He didn’t even ask personal information so couldn’t know that we had 725+ credit scores and could qualify for less than 3% from our own bank. Then he comes in with the trade appraisal, “good news, your car is worth more than you owe!”. How much more? Well just a few hundred over what we got from your bank as a payoff amount. Third and last red flag. Little did he know we were at a dealership 11 miles up the road just minutes before we stopped there and they offered us $3500 more for our trade and a dealership closer to our home was more than $4000 above this offer. I demanded they return my keys and walked out as they were asking me to stay. Not a chance, the two men I worked with there are lowlife xxxx! The scam, in short, is do what they need to do to make your payment as high as you can afford so they can collect the kickback on interest and offer just a little more than you owe on your trade no matter what the value. I wish I was able to remember the names of the scammers but at all costs, stay away, if you don’t do your homework you will get scammed. More

Drove 2 hours to look at a used vehicle for our teenager. They knew we were coming. Handed us the keys to the vehicle, then gave us directions to the vehicle all the way at the back of the lot. Then when we wanted to purchase it, it all went south. You could clearly tell he didn't want to deal with us because we had a "subpar" trade in. Tried to talk our son into buying a brand new ford on a kids budget. We persisted to want the used vehicle. Not sure why cause they don't do any form of inspection on their used vehicles. He tried to talk us out of the sale. When that didn't work he got the financing guy for back up. We still persisted so he gave us a low ball $1000 offer for our trade in. Kbb in horrible junkyard condition was $2500. All our trade in needed was a bearing and o2 censor. We left. I called the sales manger who was even worse. Told us our car was junk and the poor salesman worked with us for over an hour and didn't make a penny. They have no intention of selling a really nice used vehicle. They put used cars on their lot, mark em down below book value, then get you in the door and try to sell you a brand new vehicle. I believe the name for this is "Bait and Switch". Never again will I ever visit this dealer again. Never have I felt so disgusted when purchasing a vehicle. More

The on-line pricing tool was deceptive in that the payment calculator did not include tax and licensing. It gave me a much lower monthly payment than what was actual. Our service was very good. We did have to wait around a bit last Friday, even though we made an appointment. I do realize, however, that was because all of the salespeople were busy, which is a sign of a healthy dealership.
