Even though we were purchasing under Ford Employee (Retiree) Plans, we still got excellent treatment with no pressure. The last new Ford we purchased was an interesting sale--We came in to Superior Ford for an oil change in our Ford Edge, and while we were waiting for the service, we looked at the new cars in your showroom, and fell in love with the new 2016 Ford Escape. It just happened that Ron Powell was there that day, and he had the right color we wanted out in back, so we bought it that very day and drove it home, and still love it! More

I've always loved and figured it was time to indulge myself. I had been to 3 other dealerships and nobody ever came out to help me, but on this stop Josh Ginsburg had come out and answered my questions and gave me more information on this car. I'm sure I broke his salesman heart when I said I wasn't going to be in the market until the Spring 2017.....but he didn't let on. :) Throughout the year, he kept in touch with me, answered my emails and calls and checked in with me about my plans, and letting me test drive one even though at the time it was still 8 months out from my purchase. Finally the day to order was here! 6 weeks later, I received my Mustang. My dream car. My experience with Superior Ford has been nothing but positive! Professional, friendly and pressure free.
