After leaving this post Kelly did decide to call me back but would not let me talk. She kept talking over me. Truth 1. We did have someone coming in that night to look over the truck. My internet manager had an appointment on the vehicle. That is why we ask her for the deposit so she would not miss out on the truck. We tried to make it easy for her as she was at work and could not bring the deposit to us so we offered to come to her. That is not being unethical, it is being helpful for our customer. That night the other customer did come in and loved the truck. They filled out credit apps and put $3000 down. Truth 2 and 3. They did however leave a deposit so they did not miss out on the truck. In response to you "waiting 2 week to get there money back" If you leave a check for a deposit, we do have to wait for the check to clear before we can cut you a check back. They were coming in on Wednesday night to finish up the deal. They ended having to reschedule and will be in tonight to sign out. Lie or Misunderstanding 4. Me on Ron were both were off on Wednesday and were told that the customer was to coming in Wednesday night and pick up there truck. Ron did tell Kelly that the truck was gone because to was no longer on the lot for sale. Kelly then sent in a internet lead into the store under a fake name and phone number with a good email address. My internet manager did send "Lulu" and email back saying that the car was here. That was not a lie, but the truck is not available as we showed "Lulu" in an email that there was a sold sign in the windshield. I wish this would have went better for you Kelly as I was trying to tell you this on the phone before you kept cutting me off and after you said what you needed to say, you hung up on me.

My update in my review includes their manager . Then the terrible manager calls me and I told him you can't promise people can refinance on a vehicle. Been there done that doesn't always work. He argued with me and didn't even apologize for his salesmen stating I wasted his time When He could've told me the rate and monthly payment and I would have gladly said forget it. They just wanted me in the door. I felt disrespected and they enjoyed putting me down. I have all of the text messages and phone calls recorded of this blatant disrespect. No care for customer just wanted to berate me and treat me like crap. I've found same trucks with 80kmiles for 16grand Ron acted like he had the best truck and rate available. I would rather go through a credit union and buy private party then ever be treated like I was again He says I over talked him. Listen to my recording and he tries to over talk me every second. Theyre just trying to save face instead of be accountable. I will upload all texts and recording for others to make their own decision. Could've saved time by being honest about the monthly payment and treating your customer with respect and reprimanding your salesmen for saying I wasted THEIR time. Unbelievably disrespectful
