Sales person was very helpful, Management is zero stars. I bought a 2024 Blazer in Aug 2024, the sales rep provided documentation of legibility for the $7500 Federal tax rebate so I filed it with stars. I bought a 2024 Blazer in Aug 2024, the sales rep provided documentation of legibility for the $7500 Federal tax rebate so I filed it with my 2024 return. The IRS rejected because Superior REFUSED to file the Federal Clean Vehicle report. I received the $&%)) from GM - that is unrelated to the Federal program. I talked with Superior management, - the finance mgr (responsible for filing the form) flat refused to do so; tried to contact Superior Auto Group - they do not communicate with customers. The result is Superior Auto Group also acts as Federal Tax enforcement --- NOT FAIR, Superior sells cars - file the forms and allow the IRS to enforce the law. More

Another dealership another lousy experience. We live near Pryor OK. so we called at 8:30 am to confirm the vehicle want was there and ready to deal. We drove the 54 miles to get there at 9:30 We live near Pryor OK. so we called at 8:30 am to confirm the vehicle want was there and ready to deal. We drove the 54 miles to get there at 9:30 am. The salesman and my brother got in the vehicle for a test drive with the salesman getting in the front seat. No place for me except a cramped back seat, so no go for me. They leave and shortly returned to tell me that there is a deal in finance. I ask is it a good buy to get through finance? My brother's FICO is 782. We get home 108 miles later, mad as xxxx. The salesman calls to say the truck is available. Professional service is not part of their training. I would tell you don't waste your time with this dealership. More

Beware if you decide to buy here they really good at the reel in but terrible at making it worth your buy. My experience was horrible they are not willing to fix their mistakes and it’s costing me $1,984.86 reel in but terrible at making it worth your buy. One of the worst experiences ever. Signed papers on April1, 2022 and am still waiting in getting all the needed paperwork for tags. Suggested I ask the tag agency if they “could do me a favor” and let me have the tag even through the dealership is 90+ days out for getting all lien releases needed. Will never do business here again. The only upside was the salesman was a nice guy who works with crappy team members. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! More
