This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I dreaded this car buying trip and put it off for some time, I just did not want to deal with the dealerships and the salesman. I simply do not like car salesman, they are obnoxious, pushy and they will tell you anything be it the truth or a lie to sell you a car. Heaven forbid if you have bad credit, they get downright rude and nasty at that point. Super Car Guys was not like this (and I'm not just talking about the people that I worked directly with me, they were ALL very nice and attentive). They were very honest and upfront with me. They told me what kind of car payment I was looking at and the APR. They found me a lower APR with a more than acceptable monthly payment and an awesome car to go with it! I will return to Super Car Guys to purchase another vehichle and I will so recommend them to everyone I encounter that is looking for a good, reliable car and an awesome car buying experience. This car dealership, (In my opinion) sets the standard for how all dealerships should be. Me and my hubby had recently filed for bankruptcy, so getting a second vehicle was a little tricky! There were not a lot of options for us. But the Super Car Guys, especially Mike Williams and David Carranza, (the gentlemen we dealt with) were adamant they were going to get us into one of the 2 options we had to choose from. The first of the 2 was a Dodge Caravan that I was not excited about and really didn't want to settle for but we decided to take it because that particular day it was the ONLY option. The very next 2 days it unfortunately died on us twice, since we really didn't want it to begin with we decided against it and called Mike and David to explain. They were not pushy in any way, they were very understanding and explained that they wanted us to have a vehicle that we were pleased with. We got the Van on a Friday and that weekend they got in a Dodge Stratus. Also in our price range. After some worries and skepticism about whether they would really be able to get us into it, we found that they would not stop until they got us approved, And they DID!! Both of the men we worked with were outstanding, returned our phone calls in record times, filled the tanks of both vehicles when we decided on them, and really restored our faith in auto dealerships. Up to this point, me and my husband hated the thought of dealing with a shotty car salesmen who is only interested in one thing and that is making his next sale. The guys at Super Car Guys do not get commission so they are only worried about doing what is right for the customer and not for their wallets. I'm rambling, but to make an even longer ramble short, I recommend The Super Car Guys to everyone and will ONLY purchase my future cars from this dealership as long as they are in business. I have been bombarded and pursed by salesmen before I even got out my car. I have been lied to and even chased out of dealerships when I refused a humiliating offer. I have been given the guilt trip and have been told I would never get out of my car what I expected..But my experience with Super Car Guys East was not only the most amazing experience but the most fun car buying experience of my entire life. Not only were my expectations met but FAR EXCEED! I have never in my life been so excited about buying a car and driving it off the lot. I had my big schpiel ready for John Goldsmith the salesman, when he gently reassured me that there was no need for concern. I didn't believe him but as the process went along, I was given the red carpet treatment, given honest and heartfelt answers, and had so much fun I didn't want to leave. I came in a stranger and left part of the family! I just wanted to go in and say "Hey!" because I felt so great about the purchase I made. I told John my list of things I didn't want in a car and what I wouldn't drive. After a few minutes we went out to the lot. John was so in tune to my wants and needs that he showed me a car I have always dreamed of having but never thought I could afford. I didn't even think they would be interested in talking to me let alone get me approved with a great interest rate with far less than perfect credit. I got exactly what Kellly Blue Book suggested for my trade and got well under sticker for a high end vehicle. When he showed me my dream car, I told him, "Don't you dare tease me and then tell me that I could have it for more than my budget. He immediately went and talked to the Finance Manager Jared Pully who told him we could fit it into my budget and not more! By far the most genuine people I have ever met and I felt like they were on "Team Dawn" the entire time. I went into the dealership at 6PM and we worked through the process. They gave me several options and talked to me at length about each one. They never once tried to "SELL" me on something I wasn't sure about, they left me in the driver's seat and just gave me the facts about each option. I made the decision on my own without one OUNCE of pressure. I made my own decision based on an intelligent and informed facts. I am a single mom and every aspect of that transaction was done with care and concern for my well being. When Sales Manager John Muir came to me, it wasn't to get me to pay more but rather to tell me the most I would pay would be xxxx and it would would never go higher but possibly lower from there based on the things I chose from my list of options. We laughed and I felt so at home in a place I had never stepped foot in before and even had reservations about since I have always dealt with one other dealership. What a fool to think I got a good deal in the past when now I know I got the best possible deal I could have asked for. Its true they gave me way more than I felt my trade was worth and they gave me an amazing price on my dream car and made it happen without "skewed" numbers. They followed up with me the next day and told me they were always here for me. I was there with them until 11:30 at night even though they closed at 8ish! They don't stop until their customers are COMPLETELY satisfied and feel happy and secure in their purchase. I traded in a beat up old 2006 Chevy Equinox and bought a beautiful Infinity EX35 Journey! White, shiny , loaded and ALL MINE! I kept thinking something was wrong because it was and effortless and enjoyable, FUN experience. They all sent me off with a wave and and cheers as I pulled out in my dream car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP! THIS IS A MUST SEE AND EXPERIENCE YOU CAN;T PASS UP! GO SEE JOHN GOLDSMITH, JOHN MUIR AND JARED PULLY AND LEAVE IN YOUR DREAM CAR! TO "Infinity and Beyond!" is my new moto and when I wear this one out, i will be back. When my daughter is ready for her first car we will go back and share the love of the Super Car Guys Family all over again. Don't waste time.....get your dream car!!! My husband and I decided to "stop and look". We needed a truck that would pull a horse trailer, 4WD, farm work and still be good for a family with older teens. Living out in the country means you need RELIABLE. So we go in with the idea this will be a futile effort but.....what the xxxx. We are met by Holly Calvert (a great, real down to earth person) she listen to what the hubby liked and disliked. We found a couple prospects with truly respectable prices, then comes the tension time. As I said these guys got us financing but due to time constraints we had to come back the next day. So all you can think of is "yeah we got an okay but what kind of interest and payments, and for how long?" The next day Holly had at least 4 trucks lined out for us to look at, and it didn't take that many to make a choice. Okay, Hubby picks one, now it goes to Rigo ( a true character with a great sense of humor) to run the numbers. Long story short.... we got a like new, awesome truck with a price lower than posted, lowest interest rate that we've seen in years, and a completely workable non-stressful payment. These guys really do make buying a truck NOT SUCK!!!!! More
