I have gotten 3 cars from these guys in the past & always had a good experience, but when i went in recently they were rude and were no help at all made me feel like nothing just cuz my credit score went dow had a good experience, but when i went in recently they were rude and were no help at all made me feel like nothing just cuz my credit score went down because i lost my job during the pandemic and fell behind. You would think that after buying cars from them before and them never having problems from you they would do what they could to help you get into a car, but no they were stuck up & rude to me. Will not ever buy from them again. More

I had never had a car from a dealership, and my creditcwas not very good from a bankruptcy after my husband died. I got a decent car, payments I could affors, and all within 2 hours. All I can say is wow! I had an outstanding experience with Super Car Guys at the West location and Rock Rd location. I went in yesterday hoping to leave with a car, but didn’t think I’d be able to due to with Super Car Guys at the West location and Rock Rd location. I went in yesterday hoping to leave with a car, but didn’t think I’d be able to due to my horrible credit score. Angel worked with me to make sure I left in a car I loved - I was in and out in a few hours! However, today I noticed that one of the sensors on my car was faulty, so I went back in and they quickly scheduled me an appt with their Rock Rd location to get it fixed ASAP. They told me they will give me a loaner car while it is being worked on so I’m not out of a car. I’m so happy I chose to go with Super Car Guys. Impeccable customer service. More
