I have already written a review, and I listed a few issues I had with my visit. However, I am writing another one as a follow up to my last visit. Upon submitting my negative review and all of the issues I had with my visit. However, I am writing another one as a follow up to my last visit. Upon submitting my negative review and all of the issues that I had, to my surprise, they actually made an effort to contact me. I really didn't expect them to reach out in the manner that they did. They were very prompt about getting my car in so they could take care of the list of things I had mentioned before. They took a look at the tire on my car that I had been complaining about and replaced the two that needed it the most! not many dealers out there will step up to the plate as they should. Thank you to Holly and Ronnie for working to get things straightened out! More

Kindale was great, he wasn't too pushy and he listened to my needs/wants and found me the car that was perfect. If more car salesmen were like Kindale more cars would be sold and faster. It took about 4 hours to test drive and find the car I wanted and complete the process. He was to get off work about 2 hours before we finished and he never once complained or tried to put me off on someone else. He completed the sale and was very professional. I just heard someone say to him "weren't you supposed to be off work hours ago"? I felt bad but was thrilled with the end result and his attitude about it. Thank you for hiring this kid. My experience at East Suoer Car Guys with Mike was excellent!!! He is a very delightful young man. Marcus picked the perfect salesman for me, we had alot of things in common...baseball!! He was very helpful when I had questions, he was on the answer right away. In between business we were comparing baseball stories and laughing. My mother came in with me one time and left there with nothing but wonderful things about Mike and his great personality. The whole structure at Super car guys was very relaxing and everyone had a smile on their face. My wife and I had a great experience at the east location of Super Car Guys. Buying our Suzuki was actually a 2 day ordeal, due to our work schedules. Sean kept us updated on the 2 vehicles we had though wou of Super Car Guys. Buying our Suzuki was actually a 2 day ordeal, due to our work schedules. Sean kept us updated on the 2 vehicles we had though would best fit our needs. Sean was very honest and friendly. The customer service he provided was outstanding in that we felt zero pressure to buy either car from the dealership, and allowed us to move at our own pace. While my wife and I were waiting on the final paperwork Sean was very helpful in explaining and answering my detailed questions, and when he didn't know the answer right off hand he did the research for us. Mark was great in finding us a better loan arrangement than what our current bank had pre-approved. We would recommend Super Car Guys to everyone. More

First let me just say everyone at Super Car Guys was extremely nice and friendly, but Mike and Chris are hands down are the most fun, patient, and willing of them all! These two stuck with me through a month long process of finding, not just a car, but the car. I have good credit but not established credit, so getting a loan was tough. They gave me every option possible for financing, even if it wasn't through them, and showed me all my options for the short, and long run. Needless to say after several extremely fun visits to Super Car Guys, Mike thought he found the perfect car for me, he didn't. So, he showed me just about every car on the lot that I could afford, but none of them were for me. We passed a Mazda 3, and I asked Mike why couldn't I just have that, it was perfect, but it was not in my budget. When we went back inside Chris and Mike tried to see if there were anymore cars that could possibly work in my budget. Mike told me, for the second time that day, that he had the perfect car for me. He went outside in the freezing cold, for the seventh time, and pulled up in the Mazda 3. I was so excited and honestly thought he was playing a joke on me. Even though the Mazda was over my budget they gave me a great deal on it, that was in my price range, even after tax. I am driving a car that I love thanks to Mike and Chris! Thanks for putting up with me, I will definitely be a returning customer, and I recommend Super Car Guys to everyone! More
