Where Are All The Car Sales Tricks? I worked as a car salesperson so I was ready for all the tricks. Problem? There were no tricks. No pressure, no pushing towards a car with a high mark I worked as a car salesperson so I was ready for all the tricks. Problem? There were no tricks. No pressure, no pushing towards a car with a high mark-up, no payment bumps; no tricks. Their commercials are a bit misleading. This dealership is not a quickie, "we sell junk 'cause you need a car quick" place. It was a classy place with classy, respectful sales staff and, as close as I could tell, quality vehicles. This was my son's first experience and first car and they got him within $20 of his payment goal even after adding a warranty and gap (our choice, no pressure). We worked with Ed Tosses and Chris George. Great, no pressure guys that were knowledgeable and helpful but never pushy. You can tell these guys don't work on commission. I just could not believe the experience. If they keep this up they'll put other dealerships out of business. I know where I'm going for my next car! Thanks, Guys! More

It made me feel good that if he did not know the answer to a question I had, he went and found out right then and there...as opposed to just making up an answer. He had went out of his way a few times for me, which I appreciate. The other team members for the most part were friendly, the facilities were nice, and it was also nice to have snacks and soda for my lil' guy while he waited for us to finish. Ed also called and followed up with me to make sure I was still happy with my new truck. I will be asking for him the next visit! More
