The first time we came in, November 2014, we were very impressed with the customer service. We worked with a person who no longer is with the company. We were well taken care of and planned to work with him the second time, January 2015, we came in. Because of our experience, we never planned to go anywhere else to even look. However we were told he no longer was with the dealership and we were given Marvin to work with. I wish the best to the former person, but Im so glad he was gone because it gave the opportunity to work with Marvin which was a complete joy. It was nice to work with someone who truly enjoys his job. He was up front about EVERYTHING, and answered all our questions. There was never the sense of "hurry up and make a decision". The whole experience was amazing. Being a first time care buyer and having apprehensions of making such a big purchase, he was the perfect person to sell us our car. We are beyond excited and so thankful for a dealership in Wichita that actually cares about their customer and their needs and shows what true stewardship is. Thanks so much for everything!!!! More

Our sales associates were Tony, a welcoming, friendly man who was easy to talk to and eager to please, and Cary, who kindly walked us through the payment process and explained our options in regards to service plan and gap insurance. At Super Car Guys, I felt listened to, respected, and valued as a customer and a person. The entire process was quick and painless. Within two hours I was driving off the lot in a good quality, low mileage vehicle that I paid true market value for. I am very impressed with this business and highly recommend them. More

Wonderful Experience I was stressed about having to buy a new car.
