CALLED IN JANUARY 2020 TO GET ESTIMATE ON INSTALLATION OF WINDSHIELD. DROPPED VEHICLE OFF ON 3-11-2020 AND TOLD SERVICE THAT I WOULD PICK THE VEHICLE UP ON FRIDAY, 3-13-2020. DEALER CALLED ME ON 3-12-2020 AT 9:30 A.M AND TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT SCHEDULE THE WINDSHIELD FOR REPLACEMENT UNTIL TUESDAY, 3-17-2020 ALL THOUGH I HAD A PREVIOUS ESTIMATE AND AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE FOR TUESDAY 3-17-2020. I PICKED THE TRUCK UP ON 3-12-2020 AND NOT ONLY DID THE WINDSHIELD NOT GET INSTALLED BUT THE TAIL GATE WAS NEVER LOOKED AT.
