Failed Emissions Test While buying the car was a tolerable experience, when I went to pay sales tax on the 2014 Mustang, I was not able to as there was a failed emissions t While buying the car was a tolerable experience, when I went to pay sales tax on the 2014 Mustang, I was not able to as there was a failed emissions test. Seems like a simple enough fix, I brought it to the dealership where it failed again. They had me bring the car and leave it on a Friday so they would work on it. Had to put up a fight to get a loaner car. They did not fix the car by the end of the day on Friday (temp tags expired on Monday). They have been sitting on the car for 12 days now. There were issues with them swapping out the loaner for one that had ZERO gas in it and a flat tire. There has been no one taking ownership of this problem aside from Mike in service. Everyone else I have dealt with has made this entire experience a complete nightmare. Plus as part of the agreement when I bought the car, they were to put stripes on it. The appointment was for Wednesday of last week (a day when they had the car). They have not put the stripes on and have no idea when those will be installed with no explanation as to what happened. It's as if no one at this dealership has ever worked in customer service. More
