We’ve never offered free lifetime oil changes, but do offer a Lifetime limited powertrain warranty. 4/28/22 UPDATE 2 weeks ago as of tomorrow (4/29/22) Kirk from Suntrup contacted Zach and I to reconcile the situation. He offered to put a sunroof in our vehicle or to send us a check for $500. That was nice but not what we wanted. He asked what he could do. I told him to stand behind what we were told. At first he said this was pretty much impossible. Then he said if we took it to the same Ford local dealership that he could work this out. I asked him if he would send this to me in writing. Kirk said he would and include our VIN number showing they would take care of our oil changes and tire rotations. Kirk told me he was in the care but would call me when he got back to the dealership. He would get my email address and send this to me. Kirk also said that he wouldn’t ask me to delete my review but asked if I could update it. I NEVER GOT THE CALL BACK OR EMAIL…
