Went in, test drove, left without any theatrics (which sometimes are part of the sales process), returned with a price I was willing to pay based on research, and the price was essentially met. If it weren't for the fact that they were insistent on detailing my new Edge so nicely, I'd have been done with the whole process in less than two hours. A good dealership for an educated customer.
