Mr. Dietz and the dealership were very friendly and we enjoyed working with them. Tom was responsive to our questions and we felt we got a fair offer for our used car. I flew down to St Louis to purchase a used truck from Kirkwood Ford. Tom Dietz picked me up at the airport and within minutes I felt completely comfortable. I ordered a new vehicle through Suntrup / Tom Dietz. From my first visit to the dealership until my car was ready, Tom was easy to work and able to answer my multiple questions along the way. Dealing with Tom Dietz was a great experience. I would rate him as one of the nicest guys in the business. This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing any vehicle. They had the best selection compared to all the places I looked at in three states. No pressure sales and easy to work with.
