There was some price haggling, but that was to be expected from any car purchase. I love my car. I really love the price. Don't write this place off based on reviews. The place actually caught on fire while we were there so we ended up being there most of the day to close the deal. We spent this time hanging in the parking lot with the people who work there because we were all evacuated. These are real people, nice folks. Go in, meet them, and make your own decision.
