The sales management staff was respectful of what we were looking for and never made us feel pressured. It helped that we did our homework before we arrived. We went there because we found a car they listed on Car Guru. We put forth our offer, they countered, we countered back and we came to agreeable terms. The paperwork, while is always extensive when buying a car these days, they made comfortable and as quick as possible. Their finance manager was very affable and friendly. I only wish we would have come more prepared to discuss their extended warranties. We ended up settling on one that we felt was fairly priced and met our needs since we bought a two year old car. We will go back and we recommend this dealership to others. More

This is our 3rd Ford we have purchased new in the last 10 years. the last one in 2010 was from Suntrup Westport where we had a good experience. This is why we stuck with the Suntrup family of dealerships; however we will continue to purchase future vehicles from the Kirkwood location because Tim's customer service was so acceptional. I have been in customer service, sales and management for 10 plus years and would hire Tim in a heartbeat if given the chance. As far as everyone else we dealt with (front desk and the young ladies that responded to my inquiry initially),everyone was very friendly.
