I had a savings certificate provided by my insurance company which Suntrup honored even though the specific vehicle it applied to was not in stock. They applied the certificate to a similar vehicle, with even better options and helped me arrange a very satisfactory finance deal with Ford Credit for the remainder of the sales price. My salesperson Kevin was friendly, helpful and very professional--without any high-pressure tactics which I appreciated very much. The business manager, Dave, was also very courteous and helpful. I was in an out of there in less than 90 minutes, and drove my new car home that afternoon. Outstanding! More
