Very Good Experience I saw a car I thought I'd like on the online used car website and called about it. I spoke with Eric Trigg, the Online Used Car Manager, and eventual I saw a car I thought I'd like on the online used car website and called about it. I spoke with Eric Trigg, the Online Used Car Manager, and eventually went there to look at the car. Eric and I developed a good relationship, and I liked the fact that he "let me decide" rather than "tried to make me decide" on a car. I eventually bought the used car that I'd seen online, although it took me two weeks to make my decision. Again, Eric "let me decide" on the car. He and I actually developed a friendship over that time, not just a business relationship. When it came time to finalize the deal, a person named Doug did that part and I now have a 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring Hatchback that I think I will enjoy for a good number of years. I appreciate how Eric and the dealership helped me purchase this car. More

To bad he works there, the sales manager is a different story, I wouldn't take anything from him, it's a long complicated story, let's just say the invoice didn't match the car, he said he'd do whatever it took to make it right.... but it would end up costing us more... there was no dealing with him, shady character at best.. I would not recommend this dealership, we drove 3 hours to independence MO. To a different dealership and was treated like royalty, EVERYONE was extremely nice, we got what we wanted and more for less money. We are VERY happy with our Buick and happy we made the drive. More
