I will be buying my next car from Eric Trigg I took my daughter shopping for her first car and we ended up at Suntrup Buick GMC by pure accident. It was our first stop. We ended up looking at at least 7 or eight other cars at 4 or 5 other dealerships all over town. Not only was the car and the price right at Suntrup, the service from Eric Trigg was EXCEPTIONAL! He is probably the most genuine car salesman I have ever worked with. Since purchasing the car, I have contacted Eric at least three times with questions and every time, he was prompt with his reply, even when on vacation or his day off! The true testament to his customer commitment came when we had a minor issue with the warranty registration. Although this really was not his problem, he jumped right in and stayed with it until it was resolved. I look forward to buying my next new car and the next three kids' cars from Eric in the years to come! I couldn't be more impressed! More

New Vehicle Purchase I was looking for a new 2014 GMC Terrain for my wife and I looked all over the state and found one at a great price at this dealership. I drove over 3 hours to pick up the vehicle from Springfield, MO and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of commitment and the level of service that I received. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life! I specifically drove from South St. Louis County to St. Peters to buy a specific vehicle from Suntrup. Mind was made up, no one had to even make a sa I specifically drove from South St. Louis County to St. Peters to buy a specific vehicle from Suntrup. Mind was made up, no one had to even make a sale. I had to ASK to be waited on, then was passed from one person to another, understandable, one person was busy. Was not asked my name by the salesperson, never called by my name during the duration of the visit. The pricing form had to be completed 4 times because "it has to be neat or finance will not accept it" and each time it came back the price was different. The sales person was not knowledgeable about the options, I was told we could "add the navigation for $795"--actually it can't be added; I was given a price of $200 for a trailer hitch and receiver as well--I think the price is closer to $550. Once we were in agreement we were told we would have to wait 1.5 to 3 hours to meet with finance. I was told it was "illegal" to even mention to the sales person anything about a down payment or financing. Matter of fact I was told that a lot of things were illegal. I was encouraged to come back later in the week and then meet with finance. I had previously told the salesperson that "I had to leave with a car that day". When he delivered the news, he said "you won't be happy with this... Not here is a waiting lounge, could I get you some water--you've already been here 2 hours. We were at another salesperson's desk, he went to my daughter and said you need to move, this isn't my desk,--not excuse me, could I bother you to move over here so _______ could have his desk back. I expressed my frustration and the salesperson jumped on the wagon, "I'm not the boss, that's how they do it, yeah, I know it's bad....." I went outside, called Dave Sinclair, they found a vehicle I was happy with. We explained to the salesperson that we were going elsewhere--he made no effort to say "let me see what I can do, or how long it might be--I don't want to lose your business"--matter of fact he said, "I understand". So we left, were called on our way confirming our appointment and were in and out of Dave Sinclair in less than 1.5 hours with a new Terrain. All before we would have even seen finance at Suntrup. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND and WILL DETER ANYONE FROM GOING THERE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! More
