We travelled far and wide to take advantage of "great deals" only to be bullied, taken advantage of, made victims of the 'bait and switch' and experienced disappointment after disappointment. Suntrup Buick was our LAST attempt. We were both dreading the experience of shopping another time during the 2 hours it took to get to St Peters. At Suntrup we were treated with considerate attention, no pressure, and had everything explained to us. We left with our new car within a couple of hours! Still can't believe how professionally and smoothly run, that dealership is. We're certain we'll be trading 'up' at Suntrup Buick GMC, at some point in the future ;) More

Best experience ever! I went to the dealership just to look, not necessarily to make a purchase. Hilariously unprofessional Sold me a 2008 Jeep Wrangler, but after purchase it turns out that the safety inspection and emissions test results had expired. Upon getting those done, the safety inspection failed--badly. $1000 in repairs right there. Did Suntrup offer to cover that expense? Nope. They totally blew it off. Sure, that's sort of a risk you take, but still. Additionally, they never followed through with delivering the soft top to me, as well. Then there was the issue of the trade-in. After several weeks of not receiving the Jeep's title, I suddenly got a letter from them saying they needed me to come back to their dealership and sign another document because they screwed something up on my sign-over for my old car. On top of all this, every single employee from the dealership I dealt with was rude, disrespectful, and clearly dishonest. Best of all, they'll continually call you and ask you to refer new buyers to them. They don't stop with this, it's a hard sell type of thing. Very strange. Avoid avoid avoid. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Eric Trigg and Ashley Valentine were responsible for the worst aspects of this experience. More

The sales agent took the time to ask me what I was looking for and I offered all of my "needs." He was most professional and courteous in his dealings with me. He located a vehicle that matched my requirements and within one day had it on the lot for delivery. After the first day with the vehicle I found a serious flaw in the paint. I returned to the dealership and along with my sales agent went to the service department. I was offered the opportunity to have the are repainted, at no charge of course, and provided a loaner vehicle to use at no cost. So far my experience has been great and I would surely recommend Suntrup to others. More
