The steering box needed to be replaced while in the dealer shop prior to us picking it up, and that accidentally didn't happen before we took it home, BUT they drove out to our place to pick up the vehicle and gave us a nice loaner while they remedied this, so I still give them 5 stars on all accounts. Today, the following day, I received the call that I was approved and could come finish the paperwork.
