Great service and Excellent communication. This was my first interaction with this location, but I was surprised by their knowledge and attention to detail. Service Manager: Lonnie Pope, was on top of everything from the moment my car arrived! Between her and Treff LaPlant everything was taken care of and they even went out of their way to get me 2 new keyfobs because mine was broken (at no extra cost!) It was a great experience all around. I would definitely recommend this location for all your service needs. They really know their FORDS but they are the best at keeping the needs of their customer's firsthand at all times! Thanks again Lonnie and Treff for an amazing job well done. I am truly grateful for all of your hard work and extra effort at getting my car back to me in a timely manner! More

I truly cannot say enough good things. I had an issue with my car due to a recall that I did not know anything about and took my car out of commission. I called many other Ford dealership I had an issue with my car due to a recall that I did not know anything about and took my car out of commission. I called many other Ford dealerships and was told that the earliest I would get it in is 2-4 months later. Obviously that is not convenient. I called Sunset Ford and they were able to get it completed same day and was so incredibly nice while I was there. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone to get their car serviced and when I'm in the market again for a new car will definitely be reaching out. Thank you so much Sunset Ford for such a great experience during a stressful time! More
